40 hours of instruction across five days, meeting the full CQI/IRCA syllabus requirements.
WHAT IS COVERED
Audit principles and practice, the requirements of ISO 9001, planning and conducting a management system audit, audit reporting, corrective action follow-up, and the responsibilities of a lead auditor.
Delivered through instruction, workshops, role-play exercises and continuous assessment, as required by the certification scheme.
CERTIFICATION
On successful completion you receive a CQI/IRCA certified Lead Auditor certificate issued by the approved training provider. This certificate satisfies the training requirement for IRCA auditor registration.
Assessment is by continuous evaluation throughout the course and a written examination.

PREREQUISITES
