FM Nexus exists because the people who keep buildings running have been underserved for too long — priced out of certification, overlooked by global bodies, and left to solve complex technical problems alone.
Why We Started
Across the Gulf, facilities and engineering professionals manage some of the most demanding building portfolios in the world — airports, stadiums, hospitals, hotels, industrial plants. The work is technically difficult and operationally relentless.
Yet the support around it is thin. Training costs more than most professionals can justify. Technical guidance is written for other markets. And when something goes wrong at 2am, there is rarely anyone to ask.
FM Nexus was built to close that gap: a professional network where FM and engineering people can access training, tools, expertise and each other — without a five-figure membership fee.
