The asset register we inherited has duplicate records, inconsistent naming, and locations that no longer exist.</p>
<p>My instinct is to clean before migrating rather than after, even though it delays the go-live by a few weeks.</p>

The contract defines the target but not what counts as the start of the clock, and not what happens when access is denied by the client&#8217;s own operations team.</p>
<p>We logged three instances where the technician arrived within target but could not enter. Deduction stood anyway.</p>

Since then one of three chillers short-cycles on light load, mostly evenings and weekends. Trips on low delta-T, restarts a few minutes later. The other two run normally on the same header.</p>
<p>Contractor says it is a chiller fault. Chiller vendor says it is a controls issue. Both are technically not wrong,&hellip;</p>
