FM Nexus ("we", "us", "our") is a professional community platform for Facilities Management and Engineering professionals, operated by FM Nexus Ltd. The platform is accessible at www.fmnexus.net and associated domains.
By registering, you confirm that:
You agree to use FM Nexus only for lawful purposes. You must not:
You retain ownership of content you post on FM Nexus. By posting, you grant FM Nexus a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, share and promote your content on the platform and in marketing materials.
FM Nexus owns all platform design, branding, features and intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.
Experts on FM Nexus set their own rates and are responsible for the accuracy of their credentials and advice. FM Nexus takes a 15% commission on all bookings. FM Nexus is not liable for the quality or outcome of expert sessions. Members use the expert marketplace at their own discretion.
Founding members who joined before FM Nexus's public launch are entitled to lifetime Pro access as promised at the time of registration. This benefit is non-transferable and applies to the registered email address only.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 14 days of payment for annual subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
FM Nexus reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@fmnexus.org.
FM Nexus is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all content is accurate. FM Nexus is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify members of material changes by email. Continued use of FM Nexus after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

This agreement applies to all verified experts on the FM Nexus Expert Marketplace.
To become a verified expert on FM Nexus you must:
FM Nexus charges a 15% commission on all session fees. You keep 85% of every booking. Payments are processed within 7 business days of session completion.
Experts are solely responsible for the advice they provide. FM Nexus is not liable for any outcomes resulting from expert sessions. Experts are advised to maintain appropriate professional indemnity insurance.
FM Nexus may remove experts from the marketplace for breach of this agreement, poor ratings or unprofessional conduct.
